About
A large scale intervention study in Finnish Technology Industries (about 100 companies) to improve the work ability and work well-being was carried out in 2010-2015. For the study he WAI 2.0. methods were developed (Work Ability-Personal Radar (WA-PR) and Work Ability - Company Radar (WA-CR)). The WA-PR measures the status of different floors of the work ability house-model with 23 questions. The psychometric properies of the WA-PR has been published by Ilmarinen V. et al. in Ergonomics, 2015. According to the results of WA-PR the WA-CR is used aiming to prioritize the measures to be taken. The WAI 2.0. identifies and prioritizes the necessary doing in work places.
We have started the training of fasilitators (licensees) for WAI 2.0. in Germany, and four pilot projects are running there, too.
